Since 2010, Erna has been involved in the Affordable Housing by ensuring regulatory compliance for the Bond, Land Use, Major Projects, City of Industry, HCD, CRA, HOME, Tax Credit Compliance and Housing Quality Standards for non-profits and private developers. In addition, we are directly engaged in housing development, asset management, and property management by evaluating and developing property plans for the owners, which improves operations, thereby positively affecting cash flow in addition to providing a path to compliance with local, state,  and federal agencies. 

From land acquisition to handing the keys to the owner, Erna will orchestrate the real state development process in its entirety with a pragmatic emphasis on cost-effectiveness, meticulous regulation compliance, foresight, and optimal operations efficiency with the ultimate goal of long-term, sustainable viability. As the Owner Representative, Erna oversees all aspects of the development process including construction, construction quality, and soft cost draws.
